View, create, edit and delete data copy projects.

View Data Projects

View all your data projects and access the actions menu.

  • Click Data Management, expand Data Projects then click View all data projects.

Information on data projects is provided in the grid.

Column Description
Id Internal ID of the data project for CirroSQL purposes.
Name User supplied name of project
Description User supplied project description.
Last updated Date of last update in form YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
Source(s) Source datasource name.
Target(s) Target datasource name.
Last Run Date of last project run
Status Staus of project, includes scheduling.
Owner Project owner.
Run As User to run the project as

Create Data Projects

Create a data copy project

Edit Data Projects

Edit any data project that’s not currently running.

  • Click Data Management, expand Data Projects then click View all data projects.

  • Click Edit.

  • Make your changes and click Finish.

Duplicate Data Project

Duplicating a data project can help avoid the setup steps.

  • Click Data Management, expand Data Projects then click View all data projects.

  • Click Duplicate and confirm.

Now you can edit the data project as required.

Run Data Projects

Run a data project manually, even if it’s currently scheduled or has run.

  • Click Data Management, expand Data Projects then click View all data projects.

  • Click run and confirm.

View the run log to see current progress.

View current and previous project runs

View a list of all the times the project has been run and drill down to see the full SQL and the Audit log.

  • Click Data Management, expand Data Projects then click View all data projects.

  • Click View previous.

  • Click Run Details to view details.

  • Click Session Details to see the session information.

Delete Data Projects

You’ll need the DROP PROJECT privilege to delete data projects.

  • Click Data Management, expand Data Projects then click View all data projects.

  • Click Delete and confirm.
